JUSTIN BIEBER’S 1ST AUSTRALIAN GIG SCRAPPED DUE TO OUT OF CONTROL, STAMPEDING FANS!!!

Even people all the way “down under” in Australia have caught the Bieber fever!

Justin Bieber’s very first concert in Australia was canceled this morning (Mon. Apr 26) after a crowd of thousands of young girls got out of control and caused a stampede just before the singer arrived. Several girls were injured in the melee (10 of them fainted) and police were called to the scene to help resolve the situation.

The rising pop star was due to perform three songs on Australian morning show “Sunrise” but the multi-song set had to be cut down to just one song (inside of a building behind glass windows, instead of outside) when a massive group of teen-aged girls, most of which who camped out overnight, rushed the stage, creating a dangerous environment for other attendees.

“Everybody was just shoving and pushing forward. They had two massive screens out, and they started to play Justin Bieber songs and everybody started cheering and pushing forward more,” Sophie Kelly (13 eyars old) told the Sydney Morning Herald. “But [the host] was acting like the whole thing was a joke, and he kept on adding Justin Bieber things in there and so people just kept on screaming and pushing forward more.”

Following the chaotic scene, a handful of the teenagers and pre-teens were taken to the hospital and were treated for injuries. And after all was said and done, Australian police were forced to cancel the free, outdoor concert and moved it indoors.

But this isn’t the first time Justin’s presence has caused a chaotic scene like this. Back in March, a Bieber appearance at a shopping mall here in the U.S. was canceled when the building got too crowded. In addition, another show in Paris had to be canceled after crowds created a dangerous situation for other fans and Bieber himself.
