We have a little history with this building. It was the site of the launch party for Pharrell’s jewelry line with Louis Vuitton and it’s now up for sale. The 18th century building has 28,000 sq. ft. with 12 bedrooms and 12 baths along with four staff apartments on Avenue Foche. It is now the second most expensive estate for sale in the world at $140 million.
