Kanye West has been hosting impromptu performances all over the world (including social media HQs, bars/clubs, etc.) to promote his upcoming album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. But now, the rapper has taken his marketing skills a big “higher” (literally) by giving a surprise performance at over 30,000 feet in the air! Hit the link below for details and video footage…
Passengers aboard a Delta Airlines flight from Minneapolis to New York got quite the surprise when they heard Mr. West’s voice over the intercom Friday (Nov 5). One passenger tells HollywoodLife.com that about a half hour into the flight, Kanye (who was seated in First Class) came onto the plane’s loudspeaker and rapped family-friendly versions of 2 of his hit singles: “The Good Life” and “Gold Digger.”
“He was like, ‘Yo, this your n***a, Kanye,’” the passenger says. “Then he couldn’t decide if he wanted to do ‘The Good Life’ or ‘Gold Digger,’ so he was like, ‘I’ll just do a little bit of both.’ It was awesome… but I still have no idea how he got into the cockpit.”
