Cartier Rotonde Astrotourbillon

Cartier has really been stepping their watch game up lately. Here is a new spin on a classic concept which at first looks like a traditional tourbillon mechanism. A classic tourbillon has the balance wheel spinning on its own axis, while the Cartier Astrotourbillon has the balance wheel moving around the entire dial. It does this once each minute and acts as a seconds hand.
